Privacy notice

Local application
CheapFleet is local software. It has no CheapFleet account, vendor cloud service, advertising, analytics, telemetry, or automatic-update client. It stores profiles, workload definitions, safety settings, lifecycle records, approval state, audit activity, and supervised-rental deadlines on the buyer's computer.
The Vast API key is read from the operating-system environment and is not written to the CheapFleet profile, browser, database, audit log, or support bundle. Workload environment values and commands are excluded from browser status, diagnostics, and support exports.
Free software trial
The trial stores its one-rental use record locally for your Windows user on this computer, separately from individual CheapFleet profiles. Restarting or reinstalling does not reset the trial. This record is not sent to CheapFleet, and the trial has no account, payment-card requirement, or automatic purchase.
Network requests
Simulation and local diagnostics make no Vast requests. Explicit market, account, reconciliation, planning, recovery, launch, and teardown actions contact Vast.ai as described in the user guide. When you approve a live launch, CheapFleet sends its container image, startup command, workload identifier, ownership label, and configured environment values to Vast.ai so the selected host can start the workload.
Purchases
Authorized sales channels may collect identity, contact, payment, tax, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information. CheapFleet does not receive payment-card details. The payment channel's privacy notice governs its processing.
For Stripe purchases, our Cloudflare-hosted delivery service stores payment and order identifiers, purchase and refund status, and download activity to deliver the product and prevent abuse. It does not store your payment-card details or Vast API key. Download-link expiry does not delete transaction records.
Support email
When you contact support, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and information you voluntarily supply. Automated assistance may classify, summarize, draft, or answer routine messages. Do not send API keys, passwords, payment-card data, raw profiles, databases, or unredacted logs.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by providers needed to operate support, hosting, and sales channels, or disclosed when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, rights protection, or a business transfer.
For privacy or record-deletion requests, contact cfsupport@cheapfleet.io. Records reasonably needed for security, disputes, transactions, or legal obligations may be retained.
Children and international use
CheapFleet is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and in locations used by selected service providers. Applicable privacy rights and non-waivable protections remain intact.
