Support and refund terms

Need help installing or using CheapFleet? Start with the visual walkthrough, or email cfsupport@cheapfleet.io with your CheapFleet version and a description of the problem. Never include API keys or passwords.
Order or download trouble?
For a purchase from this website, start with the order or help link on your Stripe/Link receipt. If you cannot find it or access your download, email us with your order reference—not your card details. The payment provider's applicable refund rules still apply.
Self-service product
CheapFleet is a perpetual local software download, not a subscription, managed service, consulting engagement, or service-level agreement. Included guides and troubleshooting material are the primary support resources.
Best-effort email support is available for installation, documented operation, and reproducible product defects. There is no guaranteed response time, resolution time, availability, update, compatibility change, or future feature.
Support boundaries
Support does not include custom workloads, modified builds, operating-system administration, credential recovery, remote account operation, third-party outages, pool or image configuration, profitability analysis, legal or tax advice, or reimbursement of compute charges. Support will never ask for a Vast API key or take control of a buyer's live account.
Refunds
Purchases are subject first to the authorized marketplace's mandatory refund, chargeback, tax, and transaction rules. Refund requests must be submitted through the marketplace used for purchase.
Where permitted, a buyer may request defect review within 14 calendar days when an unmodified, supported installation cannot be completed because of a reproducible CheapFleet defect. Except where required by law or marketplace rules, refunds are not offered for change of mind after download, unsupported systems, buyer configuration, third-party services, host availability, workload compatibility, performance, profitability, or compute charges.
Safe support requests
Include the CheapFleet version, Windows version, exact error text, reproduction steps, and generated redacted support bundle after reviewing it. For any uncertain live rental or billing state, check Vast.ai directly and activate CheapFleet's emergency stop.
