CheapFleet End User License Agreement
This page provides a readable overview. The complete license distributed with the purchased software controls your use of CheapFleet.
License
A valid purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual license to use the purchased major version, subject to the full agreement and the authorized marketplace's purchase record.
Buyer responsibilities
You control your Vast.ai account, API key, workloads, images, third-party licenses, spending decisions, and results. You must review live rental state and billing in Vast.ai directly and comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
No outcome guarantee
CheapFleet does not guarantee profitability, savings, availability, uninterrupted third-party hosts, workload compatibility, job output, checkpoint restoration, future Vast API compatibility, or prevention of all third-party charges.
Local source and modifications
The purchased package includes a source wheel for inspection and development subject to the complete license. Modified builds are unsupported and must not be represented as official CheapFleet releases.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided subject to the warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, mandatory consumer rights, and governing terms in the complete EULA included with every authorized download.
