Windows should report a valid digital signature for both the installer and app, with Justin Monroe as publisher. The ZIP includes component checksums and verification instructions.
Start with simulation
- Download and extract the complete ZIP, then run Install CheapFleet.exe and review the trial terms.
- Open CheapFleet Trial from the Start Menu, save your job setup, and preview it in simulation mode. The trial installs separately from the full edition. Simulation does not create a rental or spend money.
- Use your funded Vast.ai account to review and approve one live rental. Choose a runtime of 5 to 30 minutes.
One rental, up to 30 minutes
The trial records its use for your Windows user on this computer. Restarting, reinstalling, or creating another CheapFleet profile does not grant another trial rental. An uncertain rental launch stays locked until you reconcile its outcome.
Keep CheapFleet and your computer running and connected. Its watchdog requests teardown at the approved deadline; connection failures or provider delays can prolong rental charges. Verify that the instance has been removed in Vast.ai. You can still monitor, stop, or recover your trial rental after the trial is used.

Buy CheapFleet for $4.99 USD once, plus applicable tax. Retire and close the trial, then install the full edition from your purchase download. The full edition uses a separate profile. Cloud rental charges remain separate.
